Delivery and payment

Correct acceptance of goods is required for any claim processing.
Upon receipt of the goods, careful inspection of the delivery and adherence with the Receipt of Goods and Claim of Goods guideline are required, including proper inspection, documentation and marking of any visible or hidden damage in the transport documents. Failure to follow this procedure may result in rejection of the claim.

To submit a claim, completion of the Claim Form is required.
All fields are to be fully completed and all required supporting documents are to be provided (including photos, videos, and transport documents).
The completed Claim Form is to be sent to claim@bev-berlin.de.
Claims submitted without a completed form or without the required documentation cannot be processed.

Claims for visible damage are to be submitted within 7 days after receipt of the goods, while claims for hidden damage are to be submitted within 10 days after receipt.
Each case is reviewed individually. Additional information or documents necessary for proper claim evaluation may be requested.

All products listed in the catalog are covered by a warranty of at least one year, provided they are used carefully and in accordance with their intended purpose, unless stated otherwise. Warranty terms depend on the respective manufacturer.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to damage caused by improper handling, storage, installation, or transportation after the goods have been accepted.
