Delivery

Our company delivers to BMW, MINI and BMW MOTORRAD dealerships all over the world.

We always use the fastest and most economical transportation way for you. Therefore, the cost of delivery is always calculated individually for your order and depends on the scope and the destination of delivery. Delivery is arranged by experienced transport companies and includes order insurance during transportation. The transfer of risk of the goods takes place when unloading at the delivery address you have specified.

Currently, only the net price of the selected goods is displayed in the Online Shop shopping cart. The total amount does not include shipping or other expenses. The shipping cost will be displayed separately in the invoice in case you have chosen delivery when placing an order.

After placing an order in the Online Catalogue, you will receive an automatic reply that your order has been received. We will provide you with separate order confirmation with the terms of payment, delivery terms and the expected delivery date.

Most of the products in our Catalogue are produced by manufacturers specifically for your order. Delivery times depend on the manufacturers who make the goods for us worldwide. The production time of the elements varies depending on the country of manufacture and the type of product and can take up to 12 weeks. Many consumables are stocked in our warehouse. You can see the availability of positions that we have in stock in our Online Catalogue. Such goods can be shipped promptly.

The order is placed only after payment for stock goods, or prepayment for goods that require special production for your order has been made. You can find more detailed information in the "Payment methods" section.

Certificates COO, EUR1, T2L, ATR or others are available upon prior request for an additional service.

The delivery is made by the transport company to the agreed place of delivery. We are not responsible for the transport from the unloading location to the temporary storage or installation location, but rather it is to be organized and carried out by you as the customer. The shipping cost does not include the loading assistance such as. e.g. forklift.

Terms and conditions for customers in the United States and Canada involve shipping the products to the BEV USA warehouse located in Illinois (USA). Shipping to the ultimate destination address should be arranged separately and agreed upon.
