Hunter KDS II BMW CM / QuickGrip Adapter

The 3D wheel aligner KDS II BMW CM (Cabinet Mobile) from the company Hunter, fulfills all requirements on the part of BMW and a modern workshop.
The included ride height targets measure the ride height of the vehicle at any time and thus ensure that the correct target data are selected.
With this system, the QuickGrip Adapter are already included.
The QuickGrip Adapter require a rolling compensation (rim compensation) of about 20 cm forward, but are mounted in seconds.
There is no sensitive measuring equipment on the vehicle or the stage at any time. This is safely installed in the camera beam and thus protected from damage and contamination. The camera beam together with the column is attached to the mobile equipment cabinet and thus ensures a high flexibility of the device. It is possible to operate several wheel alignment stations with one device and to move it when not in use. In order for the 4 cameras to detect the reflectors in the lower (input measurement) and upper (adjustment work) lift position, the camera beam can be manually adjusted in height. The shifting is done almost without force by means of a balance weight.
