Technical details
The straightening rack includes hydraulic and pneumatic supply lines. This results in easy set-up for the fitter and makes knotted or damaged supply and working lines a thing of the past. The hydraulic pump unit for the puller, jack and vehicle hoist is installed inside the vehicle hoist to save space. All functions such as the puller, jack and vehicle hoist are controlled using a remote. The working range between measuring slides and the vehicle has been increased by 80 mm compared to the previous models. This ensures the fastening equipment can be fitted more quickly and there is more space between the bodywork and straightening rack. Furthermore, it also allows faster and easier measuring using the electronic measuring system. The drive-on ramps are made of aluminium to reduce their weight. They can be widened and adjusted in a matter of seconds to suit specific tread or working areas. The jacks (lifting capacity 900 kg) can be controlled separately using shut-off valves to align and position the vehicle perfectly on the straightening bench. The hoist height is 300 mm and can be extended by a maximum of 200 mm using spacers. This means it has a total hoist height of 500 mm."
