Tyre fitting machine with automatic function for fitting and removal of low profile tires (UHP tyres) and tyres with emergency running properties (run-flat tyres) with up to 30-inch rim diameter.
Fitters are supported in tyre removal or fitting by various automatic programs. The tools and push-off discs are largely automatically positioned with respect to the tyre or the wheel and guided throughout the individual work processes. The automatic system stops and outputs an acoustic signal in situations in which intervention by the fitter is required. The automatic system is operated by actuating a joystick on the machine's control panel.
The automatic procedure can be interrupted any time by releasing the joystick. If needed, individual steps can also be repeated. If required, all fitting and removal operations can also be performed manually by the fitter.
