Pickup

We offer you the option to pick up your order yourselves from our warehouse in Berlin (Germany).

After placing an order in the Online Catalogue, you will receive an automatic reply that your order has been received. We will provide you with separate order confirmation with the terms of payment, delivery terms and the expected delivery date.

We will inform you that your order is ready for pick up after the goods have been made available for collection and all shipping documents have been created.

After receiving shipping conformation you should pick up the goods within two weeks from our warehouse in Berlin (Germany). Storage at the warehouse is available for two weeks, after which a storage fee could be applied.
